Allen Valentine
Allen Valentine is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California and has worked as a Catering Chef, Food Service Director and Executive Chef.  As the Executive Chef of the San Francisco Press Club, Allen has had the privilege of cooking for the Mayor of San Francisco as well as the Mayor of Taipei.  Allen has also delighted the palates of many respected journalists from across the San Francisco Bay Area and the United States. Allen was also a Planning Commissioner for the city of Pittsburg, CA for over three years.

Sandy Torres
Sandy Torres is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, California.  He has extensive experience working in hotels, including the Wyndham Hotel chain as well as the Waldorf Astoria in New York City.  Sandy was also Executive Chef for a large corporate caterer in San Diego, California, having cooked for such events as Super Bowl XXXIII and the 1998 World Series.  Sandy has also cooked for various political events including the Republican National Convention.  Sandy has also been a chef at a variety of restaurants and country clubs across the United States.
